Adventure on Cyberspace

I learned computer when I was 6 years old. I started to use this and I was very curios to find out the different things inside this computers. I searched in ways on how to do these stuff and now here I am kind a genius of computers.

I thank teachers and technicians who taught me great things on cyberspace. I learned many important things from them. Through this knowledge, I could bind them into more complicated results. I can scan see deep inside cyberspace. Fixing them and manipulating them like experts do. I am called to be one of the Ethical Hackers of the Philippines. I can hack accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, Thumblr and game accounts. I'm not the hacker that cracks one's account and destroy their beings. I am hacker of the hackers which means I can see people who could hack someone's account. From today, I can see pornographics from wall accounts of Facebook and I can easily detect who is doing this. It is the LOVE BUG team. This are hackers all over the world and all I know is that they also hacked the computers from the pentagon in Washington DC. Be careful of hackers and ask help from me if needed.

Learning technologies is very important. Just being curious, you can learn more than just listening and reading on manuals. Through ICT, I learned to be more efficient computer agent. I learned different stuff that I can use more on the coming future. I want to go deep, deep in the labyrinth of CYBERSPACE and ICT. Curiosity is guidance that gives me more knowledge.

Reactions on President Aquino's SONA

President Aquino's SONA this 2012 is more efficient than of last year's SONA. Last year was not effective because many still uses the thing we call the WANG WANG and the Philippines still have loans unpaid. Philippine economy has not yet been wealthy. Many still are suffering from poverty.

This SONA 2012 is effective and true...
Many companies such as coffee, sugar and flour has been given funds for economy. Dengue mosquitoes is one big problem and today the number of species of it is very extinct as of now. Many students attend their classes and poverty is not a problem. The farmers have been given free equipments and materials for farming. The healthcare has been given funds to ensure healthy living and all forms of drugs are lessen such as alcohol and cigarettes to ensure healthy living. Public schools are learning abacada from the past and many are lacking of supplies and books, this time it is true that these schools improved their styles of teaching and provided materials for students.
This is the only SONA of President Aquino that I know is very effective. I recommend that the Philippines should decrease the number of crimes. Crime right as I know is increasing. The start of crime comes from the discipline and poverty of the Philippines. I hope the next SONA shall concentrate more on the crimes happening on the Philippines.

Vegetables Are My Armors!

Nutrition plays a very important role in our lives, it could help to extend or decrease our life span as well as define our degree of livelihood as we progress into old age. With our potential to live longer than ever before comes the urgent need to monitor and adjust the amounts, the types of food and supplements that we ingest into our bodies. Proper nutrition in our early years will not only lead to a learned commitment but will also lead to a lifetime habit toward a healthy extended life.
Rice and wheat contain much carbohydrate which is quite essential for energy. But more of rice and wheat and less of vegetables and fruit is not a balanced diet. Vegetables and fruit contain nutrients like vitamins, calcium, iron, phosphorus, folic acid, iodine, magnesium, zinc etc. Green leafy vegetables contain a lot of nutrients, especially calcium and iron. We should take one type of green leafy vegetable every day. Spinach is quite good for health. The cereals such as Bengal- gram, beans, black-gram, horse-gram, maize, millet, raga, red- gram etc., contain much protein which is essential for our growth. Iron and calcium contribute to healthy bones. Asafetida relieves gas from the stomach. Urinal, cabbage, carrot and cluster-beans contain fibrous substance which gives a person relief from constipation. Cucumber, horse radish, lady’s finger, potato, tomato, snake-gourd etc. should find a place in our food items often. All the fruits are good for health. Many of us do not have the habit of eating fruit. This is very bad. Taking orange, apple, plantain, grapes etc. will keep us healthy. It is a habit with youngsters to drink in summer cold drinks. Instead of cold drinks they may take coconut water, buttermilk or milk. There was a legal case some time ago against the manufacturers of the cold drinks. It was alleged that some cold drinks contain a little quantity of pesticide. A little pesticide is added to some cold drinks to give a kick to the persons who drink them. Fruit juices of any fruit like orange, apple, pineapple, pomegranate, grapes, tomato, lemon etc. are quite good for health. If we change our food habits we can get rid of many diseases by getting the essential nutrients from the food we eat. Youngsters should learn the habit of taking enough vegetables and fruit. In these days boys and girls like to have junk food now and then. Junk food is described in the dictionary as food of low nutritional value. Boys and girls eat fried chips, cheese balls, ice creams of different varieties, chocolate bars etc. Youngsters habitually eat these things which are not good for health. Eating chocolates often spoils the teeth, it is said. There was a lengthy article in a newspaper advising youngsters not to eat junk food and chocolates. The author of the article has advised the youngsters to eat fruit. In fact at least one kind of fruit should find a place in our food items daily. Some boys and girls these days say they like only urinal, potato or drumstick. They should take all kinds of vegetables. It is said that the colour of the vegetables denotes their particular nutrient value. The violet or the green colour of urinal denotes a particular nutrient, the green colour of cluster-beans or snake-gourd denotes a particular nutrient. Youngsters should be advised to avoid junk food and take vegetables, fruit and nuts.’
Life is very inevitable. Vegetables are armors that help us live more longer and happier. These also help us prevent from diseases and increase our body's immune system.

Letter to the President

2726 Bayubay Sur, San Vicente
Ilocos Sur, Philippines
July 5, 2012

The Honorable George W. Bush
President of the United States
Washington, DC

Dear Mr. President:

We write to endorse your admirable commitment to “lead the world to victory” in the war against terrorism. We fully support your call for “a broad and sustained campaign” against the “terrorist organizations and those who harbor and support them.” We agree with Secretary of State Powell that the United States must find and punish the perpetrators of the horrific attack of September 11, and we must, as he said, “go after terrorism wherever we find it in the world” and “get it by its branch and root.” We agree with the Secretary of State that U.S. policy must aim not only at finding the people responsible for this incident, but must also target those “other groups out there that mean us no good” and “that have conducted attacks previously against U.S. personnel, U.S. interests and our allies.”

In order to carry out this “first war of the 21st century” successfully, and in order, as you have said, to do future “generations a favor by coming together and whipping terrorism,” we believe the following steps are necessary parts of a comprehensive strategy.

We agree that a key goal, but by no means the only goal, of the current war on terrorism should be to capture or kill Osama bin Laden, and to destroy his network of associates. To this end, we support the necessary military action in Afghanistan and the provision of substantial financial and military assistance to the anti-Taliban forces in that country.

We agree with Secretary of State Powell’s recent statement that Saddam Hussein “is one of the leading terrorists on the face of the Earth….” It may be that the Iraqi government provided assistance in some form to the recent attack on the United States. But even if evidence does not link Iraq directly to the attack, any strategy aiming at the eradication of terrorism and its sponsors must include a determined effort to remove Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq. Failure to undertake such an effort will constitute an early and perhaps decisive surrender in the war on international terrorism. The United States must therefore provide full military and financial support to the Iraqi opposition. American military force should be used to provide a “safe zone” in Iraq from which the opposition can operate. And American forces must be prepared to back up our commitment to the Iraqi opposition by all necessary means.

Hezbollah is one of the leading terrorist organizations in the world. It is suspected of having been involved in the 1998 bombings of the American embassies in Africa, and implicated in the bombing of the U.S. Marine barracks in Beirut in 1983. Hezbollah clearly falls in the category cited by Secretary Powell of groups “that mean us no good” and “that have conducted attacks previously against U.S. personnel, U.S. interests and our allies.” Therefore, any war against terrorism must target Hezbollah. We believe the administration should demand that Iran and Syria immediately cease all military, financial, and political support for Hezbollah and its operations. Should Iran and Syria refuse to comply, the administration should consider appropriate measures of retaliation against these known state sponsors of terrorism.

Israel has been and remains America’s staunchest ally against international terrorism, especially in the Middle East. The United States should fully support our fellow democracy in its fight against terrorism. We should insist that the Palestinian Authority put a stop to terrorism emanating from territories under its control and imprison those planning terrorist attacks against Israel. Until the Palestinian Authority moves against terror, the United States should provide it no further assistance.

A serious and victorious war on terrorism will require a large increase in defense spending. Fighting this war may well require the United States to engage a well-armed foe, and will also require that we remain capable of defending our interests elsewhere in the world. We urge that there be no hesitation in requesting whatever funds for defense are needed to allow us to win this war.
There is, of course, much more that will have to be done. Diplomatic efforts will be required to enlist other nations’ aid in this war on terrorism. Economic and financial tools at our disposal will have to be used. There are other actions of a military nature that may well be needed. However, in our judgement the steps outlined above constitute the minimum necessary if this war is to be fought effectively and brought to a successful conclusion. Our purpose in writing is to assure you of our support as you do what must be done to lead the nation to victory in this fight.

Sincerely,

Jose Paolo Acance
